You decide you want a baby. Great! You\u2019ve been trying to conceive for a while now, but no baby yet. But you\u2019re healthy. You\u2019ve heard it takes time, so you wait a little bit longer. You get \u201chealthy\u201d by eating \u201chealth foods\u201d and being mindful about getting enough sleep, although you work all the time and then there\u2019s this thing you have to do\u2026<\/p>\n
