Gabby Madrigal’s unique skills round out our exemplary nursing team here at Santa Monica Fertility. Gabby received her Associate Degree in Nursing and Liberal Arts from East Los Angeles Community College. In addition to her focus on Reproductive Technologies, Gabby has over a decade of experience in the field of Internal Medicine and Nephrology (the study of kidney functions and diseases). She is also a member of the National Associations of Hispanic Nurses. Because of her love of nursing and education Gabby plans to pursue an additional degree in nursing in the near future.
Gabby’s unique position at SMF makes it possible for her to assist patients throughout the entire process of their fertility treatment. Gabby helps patients with their cycle coordination, injections, medication, and also assists in the Surgery Center. Gabby’s compassionate nature and exceptional attention to detail make her perfect for this type of position, as she is able to quickly connect with patients and keep them comfortable during the various stages of treatment. She explains, “I love the patient care; the feeling when a patient appreciates you for the care you have given them throughout their journey.”
Up until a few years ago Gabby simultaneously juggled the challenges of being a mother, wife, working woman, and a full-time student. Now she’s thrilled to be able to actually have spare time to spend with her husband and family. She is the lucky mother of two fantastic children; the youngest is a 3-year-old sweetheart. Some of their favorite family outings include bike riding, playing softball, and going to the beach with Peanut their Jack Russell terrier.
