Brooke joins SMF bringing her passion to help each patient in their journey. She graduated from West Coast University and received her Bachelor degree in Nursing with her focus of study in Women’s health. Brooke has additional certifications for Lactation Birth and Beyond, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and Labor and Delivery Care. She is also a member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses. Brooke plans on continuing her education to earn a master’s in nursing.
Prior to becoming a nurse, Brooke worked as a certified nursing assistant providing long term care for geriatric and hospice patients. Her passion to help others and her own family members experience with infertility guided her to become a fertility nurse. Brooke enjoys the individualized, one-on-one interaction that she gets to have with her patients and finds deep gratification in helping people build their families.
In her free time, Brooke is often with her family and husband or can be found in her garden. They enjoy going to baseball games, camping, and the beach. As an animal lover, she often takes in and fosters cats and dogs. She currently rescued her cat Big Mama from a dumpster which has been the sweetest addition to their home.
